The role:

Plan International Bangladesh is looking for an assertive and passionate person who fits in the role of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The scope includes:

  • HR Business Partnering support to designated divisional offices by assisting throughout employee life cycle and managing key HR functions including start to end recruitment process, induction of the new staff, renewal of staff contract, staff changes in roles and responsibilities, payroll management, exit process as well as lead cultural transformation
  • Working as the focal person for ensuring that all recruitment policies and process are being rolled out in the country program; serves to orient the other HRBPs and the hiring managers on the interview norms and standards based on the Plan policy & guideline while maintaining gender equity and equality.
  • Supporting and engaging youth at the workplace, through implementation of the process and policies to recruit intern/trainee. providing handholding support and develop knowledge and skill to ensure their fitment for the job market
  • Taking lead to ensure Plan Bangladesh has an inclusive / diverse workplace with equal gender representation; looking for continuous improvement opportunity in the process and policy in the operating space

What we’re looking for:

We need a dynamic individual with substantial exposure in various HR functions and knowledge on HRBP concept demonstrating interpersonal and Influencing skills - proactive, amiable, people focused with service centric mindset. The postholder should have a Masters/Bachelor (hons) degree in Human Resource/ Management/Psychology/Behavioral Science/Business Administration; with 4-5 years’ experience in human resource management in reputed organization(s).

Salary Package for this role is BDT. 85,840 to BDT. 100,000 fixed monthly Cost to the company. Along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, Festival Bonus, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.

Closing Date: 08th March 2023.  Selected candidate will get initially Two-year contract for this position and highly possibility for extension based on performance.
