Habitat for Humanity International-Bangladesh (HFHI-B) is looking for a consultancy firm and/or a team to conduct to Impact Evaluation Study for a multi year’s project.

Habitat for Humanity International is a non-profit ecumenical Christian organization dedicated to eliminating substandard housing and homelessness worldwide established in 1976, is active in more than 70 countries around the world. HFHI’s vision ‘a world where everyone has a decent place to live’ and mission is to promote sustainable development and adequate housing for all, by working in partnership with local people and organizations regardless of caste, race, ethnicity or religion. HFHI’s program gives low-income people a unique opportunity to improve their lives.

Habitat for Humanity International - Bangladesh (HFHI-B) was established in 1999. HFHI-B implements its housing and WASH projects both directly in communities as well as implementing through local partners. Taking a holistic approach to development, HFHI-B works closely with communities, volunteers, partner organizations, NGOs and government agencies. To date, HFHB has served more than 45,000 families through its housing and WASH programs, and 109,550 individuals through training on topics related to housing, WASH, climate adaptation and urban resilience.

Habitat for Humanity Bangladesh has been implementing ‘Improving housing condition of the vulnerable Dalit communities in Satkhira district of Bangladesh” from 2017. After the successful implementation of the six phases, the project is going to assess the overall impact from this project within all project areas under phase VI.  Additionally, an overall impact assessment measuring high-level changes in the lives of target populations throughout the implementation of all phases (1-6) will also be conducted.
