Livelihoods and market assessment for FDMN and host communities at Cox’s Bazar

Christian Aid is hereby inviting technical and financial proposal from consulting firm or individual consultant(s) to conduct a market and livelihoods assessment for exploring some practical alternative solutions and for proposing interventions based on existing demand for labour, products, services and on market system to promote sustainable livelihoods for refugees and influx-affected surrounding host communities.

Interested lead consultant/ organization are requested to submit a technical proposal [(not more than 20 pages of narrative part) + short resumes of consultant(s) (not for than 2 pages per resume)] & a financial proposal separately as soft copy addressing Programme Manager- IMD and PSE, Christian Aid, to dhakarecruitment@christian-aid.org  with cc to ihaque@christian-aid.org by August 04, 2019 before 17:00 hours of Bangladesh time. Please quote “Proposal for LMA_ [lead consultant/ organization name]” on the subject line. Please be aware that incomplete or partial submission will be rejected without any review.

Terms and Conditions

• Christian Aid Bangladesh reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without giving any verbal and /or written rationale;
• Christian Aid reserves termination of contract with a seven working days’ notice to the consultant

Any form of solicitation to influence the process would lead to disqualification of the respective applicant.
