Supplier/Vendor Enlistment Notice

Bangladesh Legal Aid and Trust Services (BLAST) hereby invites bona-fide suppliers, service providers and consultants to submit their application for vendor/consultant enlistment. The only firms who have experience in our mentioned category lists are encouraged to apply. Interested & experienced individual/firm/Company can download the vendor enlistment application form and other required documents from the link.

 

Enlistment Schedule (ES)

Interested vendors are requested to enlist in Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST) Vendor Enlistment System by submitting your application form (Vendor Enlishtment From) along with relevant supporting documents mentioned below at purchase@blast.org.bd  OR submit the signed hardcopy documents to Bangladesh Legal Aid and Trust Services (BLAST) office address below.

Interested applicants should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as a minimum supported by relevant documents at submission will be given documents.

  1. Valid trade license
  2. E-TIN certificate
  3. VAT registration
  4. Physical office space
  5. Operational bank account
  6. Written references with detailed particulars
  7. Bank solvency certificate
  8. Copy of NID of the proprietor
  9. Photograph of proprietor

General Notes

 · Business Operation area: Vendors/consultants who are authorized to do business in
 Following districts/areas need to apply for this enlistment process: Dhaka, Gazipur, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Tangail, Pabna, Faridpur, Noakhali, Barishal, Patuakhali, Cumilla,
 Chattogram, Jassor, Kustia, Khulna. Rangamati, Sunamjang, Mymenshing, Bogura
& Cox,s Bazar.
· Opening of Application: There will be no public opening. BLAST reserves the right
to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
· The enlistment process is not a purchase order, nor an agreement. All have to go
 through a competitive bidding process for any kind of work.
· Submission of EOI and enlistment document doesn’t establish right to get confirmed
enlistment at BLAST. Received applications will be reviewed thoroughly and shortlisted
vendor and consultant will be selected for enlistment.
· BLAST may seek for additional documents (as applicable/necessary) from the vendor
/consultant during the enlistment process.
· Only vendors/consultants who will be selected for enlistment will receive an official
 notification through their submitted email address afterwards from BLAST authorized
person.
· This process is only to collect the available vendor and consultant information for our
database. All interested participants all over Bangladesh who have valid business
documents as listed below can apply for enlistment.
· BLAST will check the reference of clients/contacts submitted by the vendor/consultant,
as necessary and may visit vendor’s office for further verification.
· All vendor and consultant applying for enlistment has to comply with BLAST
Vendor Disclosure Agreement (will be shared to the shortlisted vendors afterwards).
Absence of any information / documents may causes the rejection of any application.
Moreover, BLAST reserves the right to accept or reject any or whole application without
assigning any reason, whatsoever. BLAST will not cover and/or will not accept any
expenses in connection with the preparation or submission.
