Pollisree is a non-government, non-profitable and non-political organization established in 1987 Since the inception it has a very clear vision to empower oppressed and destitute women who living in the society but at the beginning stage the approach was to provide services but gradually it has shifted to right base approach. Pollisree begun to organize the distressed women and through survey identified their practical and strategic needs.. The head office of the organization is situated at Balubari, Dinajpur. It has been working within the 07Upazilas of northern part of Bangladesh. Pollisree works in two different approaches - group based development and community based development. The REECAL 2021 project has been implementing by Pollisree, RDRS, SKS, MMS, GUK including Unnayan Sangha in Char area, POPI, BNPS and SWF in Haor area and Shushilan, DDJ, JagoNari and SDI  in the coastal area of Bangladesh. The total number of CBOs is about 432 locating in 18 upazias in which around 75,000 CBO members of different ages, sexes and groups are participating in the project interventions.

Pollisree is going to hire consultant (individual or firm) for Identify context specific financial, marketing, and management practices/models to use the collective power of CBO members and network with relevant stakeholders to accelerate CBO growth for REECALL2021project

Objectives-

The overall objective of the study is to measure the most significant changes of the targeted impact groups through collecting impact stories from REECALL2021 project locations in char, haor and costal areas for Identify context specific financial, marketing, and management practices/models to use the collective power of CBO members and network with relevant stakeholders to accelerate CBO growth. The specific objectives are as follows:

  • To assess what extent people's lives have changed as a result of the project intervention through capturing and documenting case stories
  • To capture community voices and changes in a skilled and innovative fashion the targeted impact groups achieved
  • To document and disseminate a case study booklet to attract patient stakeholders, Government and donor community towards further investments in the thematic areas

The individual/firm must submit the following documents along with Technical & Financial Proposal (including VAT/TAX): The financial proposal should include 15% VAT ONLY. Pollisree will deduct 10% Income Tax at source from the agreed consultancy amount.   

For Consultancy Firm

  • Maximum 2-page Firm profile highlighting related assignment completed with client name, contract person and mobile number
  • Lead Consultant’s (who will lead the assignment) Maximum 2-page CV highlighting related assignment completed, role in of the completed assignment 
  • Other Team members’ (who will involve in the assignment) one paragraph short CV highlighting related assignment completed and role
  • Firm’s Certificate, TIN and VAT registration 

For Individual Consultant

  • Maximum 2-page profile highlighting related assignment completed with client name, contract person and mobile number along with detailed CV
  • TIN certificate and any other relevant document (if necessary)
