Terms & Condition

  1. Anti-Bribery & Corruption:  Save the Children suppliers/consultants must immediately report any suspicions of fraud or dishonesty in confidence to the Risk and Compliance Director (abdullah.faruque@savethechildren.org) / Country Director through email.
  2. SCI may deal with COVID-19 patients and shall not be liable for vendor staff and their well-being. Vendors must ensure adequate quality of PPE and take necessary safety measures for the wellbeing of their staff(s).
  3. Vendor/supplier with employee/group insurance will be preferred.
  4. The proposal should be submitted by email to manzur.morshed@savethechildren.org  and must be copied to amit.chowdhury@savethechildren.org . addressing: Manager- Supply Chain, the subject line should be marked RFP/SCI/CXB/FY-24/446992).
  5. Eligibility Criteria: Interested consultants must submit the following document with the proposal, VAT registration, TIN certificate, Copy of National ID Card & other documents to prove the legal status of the Consultancy.
  6. Evaluation (Technical, Financial): The SCI will evaluate the proposal as per ToR.
  7. The following payments will be made to the consultant using an agreed mode of payment.
    • Upon approval of the first draft of all resources in Bengali: 30%
    • Upon submission of first draft of all resources in Burmese: 30%
    • Upon approval of final submission: 40%
  8. SCI reserves the right to accept or reject in part or full/one or all quotations/ offers/proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  9. VAT and Tax shall be deducted as the per rules of GoB.
