Invitation for Proposal

RDRS Bangladesh is seeking to hire a consultant to carry out a survey on its “Market Assessment and Value Chain Analysis of Empowering Women and Youth through Graduation and Financial Inclusion project’”, which is being supported by supported by Trickle Up through Concern WW. The main objective of the consultant is to gather relevant data and information for key project indicators (which has clearly been formulated in the project proposal) to measure the outcomes and specific objectives of the project. The consultant is to carry out assessment and value chain analysis on-farm and off-firm sectors is required in to take informed decision of livelihood option, Technical and vocational trade selection and market linkages. A detailed analysis of the overall market opportunities for the various sub sector products that can potentially be explored for extreme and very poor: locations, quantities, quality and other product requirements. Of particular interest is the possible inter linkages between the agricultural crop sub sectors and other business sectors and services operated by women and youth and the general retail trading in Kurigram Sadar and Ulipur Sub-districts.

With these objectives RDRS Bangladesh is inviting “Proposal” from reputed consultancy firm/ agency/ individuals for the following consulting assignments.

How to Apply:

Interested consultancy firm/ agency/ individuals are requested to submit hard copy of technical and financial proposals on or before 25 September 2018 by 05:00 pm (local time) in a sealed envelope, marked with the assignment title to The Coordinator (MF-HR), RDRS Bangladesh, Jail Road, Radhaballav, Rangpur. The electronic copy of the proposals is also to be submitted to mf.hrm.rdrs@gmail.com within the said timeframe. RDRS Bangladesh authority reserves the right to reject any proposal without assigning any reason.
