Invitation to Tender

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation invites Applications of National Civil Society Partner Organizations with adequate competence and experience to implement the 3rd Phase of the “APARAJITA - Political Empowerment of Women” Project (2018-2022) funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). Applicant organizations are invited to express their interest and submit a presentation of their organization, their respective capacities, experiences and networks in specific geographical areas targeted by the project.

Applicant Organizations meeting the below pre-requisites should deliver the complete Application until the 04 June 2018 not later than 3:00 pm to the following address: Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation; Attn. Sharmin Zaman; House # 13/A NE (K); Road # 83, 1st floor; Gulshan 2, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.

Pre- requisites for submission of an Application:

• National NGO registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau (branch offices of international organizations excluded);
• Having the organizational capacity at national and cluster area level to implement the mandate;
• Having effective governance structures and compliance procedures/mechanisms;
• Availability of external annual audit information for the last three years, including management letters;
