Baseline Survey

HelpAge International is a global networking organization. It believes that the contribution older people make to society is invaluable. Yet older people remain some of the poorest and most neglected in the world. HelpAge is committed to helping them claim their rights, challenge discrimination and overcome poverty. The vision is of a world in which all older people can lead dignified, active, healthy and secure lives. HelpAge works with its partners to ensure that people everywhere understand how much older people contribute to society and that they must enjoy their right to healthcare, social services and economic and physical security. HelpAge is a unique worldwide alliance standing up for the rights of older people through campaign with 100 Affiliates in 65 countries

HelpAge is inviting proposals from interested individuals/ organizations for Baseline Survey for the “Promoting the Rights of Older People and Influencing Policy through Cultural Campaigning and Media Work (DCI-HUM/2013/311-821).”

The individual/consulting organization must submit the following:

A. For Individual Consultant

  • Maximum 2 page CV of Team Leader highlighting related assignments completed with client  name, contract person and mobile number  (this person must have fulltime engagement during assignment time)
  • Other Team members’ one page short CV highlighting related assignment completed
  • TIN Certificate
  • Documents in favor of the relevant previous studies

B. For  Organizations 

  • Maximum 2 page organization  profile highlighting related assignments completed with client  name, contract person and mobile number
  • Lead Consultant’s (who will lead the assignment) Maximum 2 page CV highlighting related assignment completed, role in of the completed assignment 
  •  Other Team members’ (who will involve in the assignment) one paragraph short CV highlighting related assignment completed and role
  • Organization’s/ Firm’s Certificate, TIN and VAT registration
  • Documents in favor of the previous relevant studies
