Concern Universal – Bangladesh (CU-B) is a UK based International NGO working in Bangladesh since 1993 with the vision to see a world where justice, dignity and respect prevail for all. Our mission is to challenge poverty and inequality through working in partnership. Health and WASH is one of the priority sectors of Concern Universal, under this sector CU has been implementing Health Project in CHT since 2004. We established 60 community clinics named ‘Kallayni’ in CHT to providing service to the people living in hard-to-reach areas. Hence CU is looking for qualified and motivated individuals to fill up the following position to build clinical skills and confidence in the service providers of CUB supported clinics in CHT:

Main Responsibilities:

The post holder will provide overall support to the project for its smooth operations. The major job responsibilities are to:

• Develop technical skills of the service providers in providing health services through onsite training organized by rotation at all health clinics supported by CUB in CHT.
• Ensure coordination with the local health and government authorities, NGOs, UNOs, and other relevant local stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong linkages between the clinics and referral sites and facilitate the referral process.
• Monitor progress by gathering clinic data, compiling them and generating regular reports, and ensuring necessary feedbacks.  

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC and completed Paramedic/Nursing/Midwifery diploma course as per national standard curriculum, from a recognized institution.

Additional Requirements:

• At least five years’ working experience in a health facility/Hospital
• Preference for clinical trainers with practical training experiences
• Pleasant interpersonal communication and problem solving capacity.
• Well conversant with the local languages of CHT
• Female candidates from CHT will have preference.
