Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Deal with customer over phone
  • Listen and understand customer queries and respond promptly.
  • Provide solution to customers as per company policy
  • Documentation and maintain records of every dealing issues.
  • Follow up and measure the solution status.
  • Collect feedback from customers
  • Responsible for complain management
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office Application Computer Skill

Job Nature: Full-time (8 hours per shift)

Educational Requirements: Graduate With Strong Communication Skill

Salary Range : Tk. 15,000 – 25,000
