Job Context

The HR Business Partner holds the accountability for the end-to-end HR partnering for assigned Business Units operating from Dhaka.

This role supports the organization's people agenda and talent priorities and will require working closely with senior leadership to drive organizational performance and efficiency. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role. The position will report to the Head of HR Business Partnering at Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to Business Units / Country Heads championing employee advocacy. 
  • Drive business performance through appropriate people / talent interventions.
  • Drive Performance Management across allocated Business Units / Regions, enabling people to set OKRs, implement timely reviews and appraisals.
  • Work with leadership to drive and implement relevant Talent Management initiatives.
  • Collaboratively work with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards functions to implement and drive HR projects
  • Drive regular Employee Satisfaction Survey, analyze the results, and conceptualize and facilitate required interventions.
  • Anchor Talent Management and High-Potential initiatives to build an effective talent pipeline across important roles.
  • Analyze and evolve Learning initiatives to support managerial skill building and other leadership interventions.

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Post-Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field from a reputed institute.
  • 5 years’ of credible experience in HR Business Partnering with progressively increasing responsibilities, preferably in a multinational company having 500+ employee base.
  • Professional certification in organizational behavior, psychology or related areas will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance, seeking advice on complex issues when necessary
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment involving diverse employee / talent pools, from skilled workers to global Creative & Business Heads
  • Proven ability to work across functional areas with all levels of stakeholders both locally and globally
  • Strongly encourage qualified female candidates.
