Jr. Executive/Executive (ERP Implementation & User Support) (Re-Advertisement)

Job Context

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting in the end to end implementation of comprehensive, total integrated ERP solutions, across platforms of ZXY International.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the enhancement, monitoring, planning, and ongoing implementation of the company's leading, advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs
  • Assist in the implementation of ZXY International ERP project
  • Conduct the training activities and provide support to ERP users throughout the office and troubleshoot the problems (if any) in the process
  • Assist in leading the engagements of teams on new transactions, guiding the team to prepare focused request lists and agenda, facilitating on-site reviews, and providing leadership over deliverables
  • Work closely with the ERP development / implementation team and complete the ERP installation in respective team as advised by supervisor
  • Assist to assess operational and technology investment strategies and compare respective operating models and organizational structures against leading practices and industry benchmarks
  • Assist to develop and define project frameworks and responsible for risk and change management
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
  • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities to increase the optimum performance of the target operating model and finish the project with a specific deadline.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Computer Science & Engineering, Textile Engineering and Business (MIS) Graduate from any reputed universities.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in ERP Implementation and User Support in Apparel Industry
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
