
Accounts & Admin Assistant
Our leading European organization is recruiting for an exciting position at our HQ, in the heart of Dhaka. This role includes a variety of responsibilities and multi-tasking, giving you the opportunity to gain exposure and an understanding of a leading multi-national company. Job Context
The incumbent will play a vital role in our day to day business by dispatching documents to all related external parties. This role includes but not limited to the below responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all Vouchers and Documents
- Deposit and collect documents to and from banks
- Collect paperwork / invoices from the field (vendors, partners, government and other agencies)
- Visit the auditor offices for documents submission
- Submit overseas documents of expatriates to the respective country embassy
- Visit any government offices for various document collection and submission purpose
- Execute various types of postal and courier service-related works
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline from any reputed universities. Major in Accounting/Finance will be given preference
- 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field or at banks as Office Assistant will be given preference
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

- The candidate must be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic
- Ready to travel and work on field inside the city
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Must have very good command over MS office application
- Flexibility to adjust in different work environment
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
- Neat, organized, able to work independently and interdependently, welcoming to the public
