ZICOM Equipment Bangladesh Pte Ltd., company involved in Design, Engineering and Construction of Energy Related Projects is looking for:

Assistant Engineer (Process): 3 Positions

We are looking for individuals that have the ability to think later understanding of engineering principles.

Qualification:

  • B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
  • Freshers may apply for the position of Assistant Engineer (Process).
  • Applicant with 3 to 5 years of experience in Natural Gas & Oil industry will be preferable for the post.
  • Qualification criteria will be relaxed for the deserving candidates.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh. The candidates shall be willing to serve in site working environments for extended period as and when required.

Job Description:
As an Assistant Engineer (Process) your responsibilities are-

  • Perform a thorough review of Customer's inquiry or request for Process Design information;
  • Perform Process simulation and develop Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Heat Material balance with related software including P&ID;
  • Develop sizing information for Process Equipment e.g., Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns, vessels, pumps, lines, etc.
  • Prepare equipment specifications, process descriptions, design basis, process datasheets, cause & effect diagram, control philosophy and system engineering/operation manual.
  • Plan and prepare production schedules for fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of Plant and Equipment and its supervision;

Skills Required:

  • Auto CAD operation.
  • Hysys and/or other process simulation software operating capability will be preferred.
