Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor/Honors (BBA/MBA from reputed University)
• Masters (Masters and Textile Engineering degree will be considered as pre-eminent).

Experience :

• At least 5 years.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing in Industrial Sewing Machine Company and related field.

Skills & Expertise:

• Client Management, Communication, Coordination, Leadership and teamwork, Reporting and Documentation & Sales Target Achievement.
• Proficiency in MS Office with Email communications is must.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working and more importantly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator / Asst. Sales Manager with following activities:

• To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational sales objectives.
• Effective management of the Sales & Marketing and promotional activities of the organization.
• Maintaining good relationship with clients & Marketing team.
• Achieving Yearly sales target.
• Develop & Execute new sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Negotiating sales deals with clients.
• Monitor, review and report on all Sales Marketing activity and results.
• Daily basis report to General Manager.
• Identify and general new leads through networking, referrals, walks-in and digital channels.
• Maintain strong relationship with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service & post sales support.
• Address client queries, concerns and feedback professionally.
• Ensure proper documentation, quotations, agreements and payment follow up.
• Monitor project progress and update clients regularly.
• Suggest innovative sales strategies to enhance business growth.
• Attractive personality and pleasant behavior is must.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• T/A, Mobile bill and lunch facilities.
• Festival Bonus: 1 (One month gross salary after completing 6 months job).

• Dhaka / Gazipur / Chattogram / Narayangonj.
