Hiring Firm(s) / Individual(s) for Conducting Tracer Study

‘Ashshash: For Men and Women Who Have Escaped Trafficking’ Phase II a four (4) year programme funded by the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh implemented by Winrock International in partnership with Sustainable Reintegration Partners (SRP) who are mainly local Non-Government Organisations. The main objective of Ashshash is to improve the wellbeing of trafficking survivors through social and economic reintegration.
Winrock International is seeking proposals from qualified firm(s)/individual(s) to conduct the Tracer Study with expertise in evaluating programme related to human trafficking, migration, social reintegration, economic empowerment, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme, etc. Eligible applicants should have) a proven track record of conducting similar studies, particularly within the last five years.
Interested firm(s)/individual(s) are requested to submit proposals, including both technical and financial aspects, updated CV of technical team members, Trade License, NID, TIN, BIN, Tax return certificate, etc. to wi.ashshash@winrock.org by 9th April 2025, 5 PM Bangladesh Standard Time. Please mention “Submission of Proposal for Ashshash Phase II Tracer Study” in the subject line. The selection will be competitive and based on the quality of the proposal, the profile of the firm(s)/individual(s) and the proposed budget.
