Job Description / Responsibility
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
- Maintained customer complaint register & staff movement register.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests, provide general support to visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and maintain contact lists.
- Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries, and receive, sort, and distribute the mail.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems, and develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, and coordinating office procedures.
- Analyzes the recruitment process, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process, and implements changes
- Generates CV pool for vacant positions
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Official file and document management.
- Welcome, all visitors attend to their requirements, providing customer service, in order to portray a positive image of the company.
- Any other duties, as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Masters/ MBA in Business Management or related field from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Business Development or Operation Management, Management
Additional Requirements:
- Age at least 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Skills Required: Administration, Buyer Handling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing and Operation, Microsoft Office Suite, Risk Management
- Experience and relevant diplomas in HR, Admin, and Procurement will add extra value and will be considered in educational qualifications;
- At least 5 years (s) working experience in Manpower Recruitment Sector or related field.
- Proficient with most mainstream office software, including Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop, Email, Web, and Internet Browsing.
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines, adapt to change, and have the flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfill the role's requirements.

Compensation & Other Benefits
- T/A, Mobile bill
- Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
- Probationary period: 3 months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per the salary structure of the organization.
- After confirmation as permanent staff, he will have entitled to two festival bonuses, Welfare facilities, and other benefits as per organization policy
