Job Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Maintain customer complaint register & staff movement register.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests, provide general support to visitors, answer and direct phone calls, maintain contact lists.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries, receive, sort and distribute the mail.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Develop and maintain computer and manual filing system, develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, coordinate office procedures.
  • Any other duties, assigned by the management.

Employment Status

Educational Qualification:  

  • Masters/ MBA in Business Management or related field.
  • Skills Required: Microsoft Office Suite

Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Business Development or Operation Management, Management

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age at least 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Experience and relevant diplomas in HR, Admin, and Procurement will add extra value and will be considered in educational qualification;
  • At least 3 year(s) working experience in Manpower Recruitment Sector (BAIRA Agency) or related field.
  • Proficient with most mainstream office software, including Microsoft Office Application, Adobe Photoshop, Email, Web and, Internet Browsing.
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines, adapt to change, and flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role.

Location: Dhaka

Salary Range : Negotiable

Others Benefit:

  • Probationary period: 3 months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per the salary structure of the organization.
  • After confirmation as permanent staff, he will have entitled two festival bonuses, Welfare facilities, and other benefits as per organization policy.
