Job Responsibilities
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups, social sites and job sites.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; participating in professional organizations.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Masters/ MBA in Human resources/ Business management or related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- At least 5 year(s) working experience in Manpower Recruitment Sector (BAIRA Agency).
- Computer Skills: Content Management Systems (CMS), Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Email, Web and Social Skills.
- Strong decision-making skills, Time & Team management skills.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English.
