We are specialized in Customs Brokerage, Road Transportation, Project Handling, Container Movement and handling of heavy and dangerous goods. We are looking for a dedicated professional for the following position :

Manager- Finance & Accounts (Accounts In - Charge)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Over all responsibly of Accounts and Finance of the Company.
  • Timely financial reporting, forecasting & analysis.
  • Liaison with bank & legislative authorities such as Tax/Custom/VAT
  • Prepare and review of budget & variance analysis
  • Follow up receivable collection and balances
  • Supervision of daily cash management and estimating & controlling cash flows, preparation of bank reconciliations.
  • Coordination to internal & external auditor
  • Properly monitoring of advance adjustment & recording
  • Properly monitoring for timely billing & submit the same to all customers
  • Timely collecting billing papers from various branches & work stations
  • Follow up internal control & fixed assets detailed recording in file
  • Preparation of board meeting various analytical papers
  • Perform other related duties as required

Required Competencies:

Candidates should be CA Knowledge Level or equivalent passed / CA Course Completed with M.Com in Accounting. Should have 4 to 7 years of experience in the relevant fields. Excellent communication skill (both oral & written) & computer knowledge in advance stages is required. Preference will be given for experience on working with ACCPAC.
