Head of Marketing & Communications |
We are a software development company that builds robust applications for international clients. We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications who will lead all aspects of strategic marketing communications for WellDev and its products. The candidate should be a seasoned marketer (B2B/ technology industry preferred) who will be able to oversee & expand our marketing department, create long-term growth strategies and engage with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing team & work collaboratively with other teams to establish long-term strategies across the full 360° marketing mix.
- Oversee and manage activities, including but not limited to, corporate branding, digital marketing, public relations, and website development.
- Refine overall brand positioning, and ensure consistency of brand messaging across all internal + external communications.
- Create brand architecture of sub-brands by defining their USPs and positioning in line with the overall positioning.
- Produce high-quality content for our B2B customers such as market surveys, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, etc.
- Work cohesively with the Sales team to support achievement of commercial objectives, lead generation, acquisition & retention.
- Manage and scale marketing budget to hit long-term growth targets with a resourceful approach.
- Prepare short-term (weekly/monthly), mid-term (3 months), long-term (6 months/1 year) marketing plans, targets, budgets with ROI.
- Measure performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals (ROI, KPIs) and adjust strategy to achieve targets.
- Oversee a growing team, while consistently evaluating new ways to increase efficiency.
- Perform industry and competitive analysis to strengthen brand positioning.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10+ years B2B/ SaaS/Technology-based marketing experience in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of technology marketing (SaaS, IT or Tech products)
- Strong English communication skills is a must.
- Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
- Experience with website development and management.
- Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce to track and report on lead conversions.
- Able to handle multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment.
- A natural leader, spokesperson and thought partner who works successfully with people at all levels of an organization.
- Good eye for design and creative assets.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Media Communications or related fields is a plus.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
- Monthly package range is from BDT 1,20,000 - 2,00,000 (Monthly) based on skills and experience.
