Job Responsibilities
- Have to be shown strong knowledge and good control in Garments Accessories, mainly Heat seal / Heat transfer label; regular or reflective label.
- Should be ready to work on monthly target basis (and have to have own market place in this regards).
- Hard worker/self confident/ smile / well motivator
- Collect order from prominent Garments & Buying Houses also need to make sure the payment against own sales /buyer.
- Have to be handled total order from production to shipment
- Have to be solved any problem in Garments & Buying Houses
- Coordinate with Production, Finishing, Quality & packing
- Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customers' deadlines.
- Build effective communication with the departments merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan.
- Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problems which are related with shipment.

Educational Requirements
- H.S.C, B.A, B.Sc & Textile Diploma
Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 year(s)

- WORKAREAS: The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production of heat seal /heat transfer label, Printing, Store, Quality & Cutting.
- ORGANIZATION:
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments & Buying Houses
- Accessories knowledge, technical knowledge (heat seal production, reflective sticker production, quality and delivery).
- Knowledge of heat transfer label production process.
- Up to date knowledge on equipment/machinery.
- Planning and analytical skill.
- Capability on Communication & Collaboration.
- Must have critical thinking & Problem solving ability.
- Able to lead people, Planning & Organizing.
Job Location: Morkun, Tongi, Gazipur.
