General Terms & Conditions:


1. 		Price quotation to be submitted by 13 September 2025 through this e-mail WaterAid-Tender-TA@Wateraid.org within office hours otherwise it may be treated as disqualify.
2. Single item participation will not be accepted for this procurement. Bidders are required to submit proposals for all listed items. WaterAid will issue the purchase order as a complete package to the selected bidder.
3. Quotations must be submitted on the bidder's official letterhead and in PDF format. The price validity period must be clearly stated; otherwise, it will be deemed valid for 90 days by default. All products are to be delivered to Paikgacha, Khulna.
4. WaterAid Bangladesh truly maintain the compliances of VAT & AIT rules and it will be deducted at source according to the rules of Bangladesh Govt.
5. Potential vendors are requested to submit copy of all legal documents i.e updated Trade License, BIN Certificate, E-TIN Certificate, PSR (last IT return submission acknowledgement slip), Bank detail and Authorization/ Distributorship certificate along with the proposal.
6 The competing bidders are expected to follow highest ethical standard in their participation in the bidding process and refrain from influencing the internal selection process of WaterAid Bangladesh. Any attempt of undue influence on the evaluation and selection process will lead to cancellation of the proposal from the subsequent process.
7. The financial offer should be clear and identifiable, item wise cost for the assignment with necessary details. The offered price must be including applicable AIT; however, VAT can be mentioned separately at the bottom on total quoted amount.
8. Any misrepresentation of facts including the facts on professional /institutional capacity will also lead to cancellation of the proposal.
9. The evaluation committee will determine whether the proposals are complete or not. The committee may invalidate any proposal if it is determined that significant budgetary mistakes or omissions undermine the integrity of the proposal.
10. Once the proposals are evaluated, only the shortlisted consultant/agency/ research firm will be contract for next process for presentation or further clarifications. However, if any bidder does not communicate within 60 days, the proposal will be treated as un-successful.
11. WaterAid Bangladesh will issue Purchase Order (PO) to the winning bidder through ensuring value for money. However, no advance payment will be made with the PO and full payment will be made after satisfactory delivery of the products.
12. WaterAid reserves the right to accept and reject any proposal without assigning any reason or whatsoever and may decide to go for re-advertisement without going further down the process.
