We are, thus, looking for a committed, highly motivated and self-driven ‘Young Professional’ for our country programme in Bangladesh under People and Organisational Development (POD)/ Human Resource Team, who is willing to gain significant exposure to build up career in the development sector and does not have any prior work experience.
Criteria for application:
- Bangladeshi nationality, recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation in Business Administration with major in Human Resource Management from any reputed university (in-country or abroad)
- Excellent results throughout the academic life (CGPA 3.00 & above in the scale of 4.00 and 4.00 & above in the scale of 5.00)
- Demonstrated exposure in extracurricular activities (to mention in the CV)
- Age maximum 26 years as on 1st January 2023
- Freshers are preferred
Key responsibilities: Support in regular functional activities, not necessarily limited to
- Onboard people/ human resources
- Maintain and update employee directories at every stages of transition/ life cycle
- Conduct HR audit to ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Compose basic HR communiques
- Contribute to undertake activities related to employee engagement, wellbeing etc.
- Extend operational support to explore & arrange events including trainings, workshops etc.
