WaterAid
Since 2013, WaterAid Bangladesh has been working with city corporations and local authorities to renovate and build public toilet in Dhaka city and beyond (Sylhet, Khulna, Chattogram) with an aim to improve the service of facilities of public toilet and ensuring human dignity and public health regarding sanitation. WaterAid has constructed 31 toilets in Dhaka city, 7 toilets in Chattogram, 3 toilets in Sylhet and 1 in Khulna. These public toilets are in urban hubs like bus terminals, refueling station, and at roadsides and office premises of major public gathering places.

To improve the quality of service WaterAid is now seeking proposals from individual consultant/firm to conduct a service quality management training for public toilet attendants
