Consultant Needed for Endline Evaluation
VSO Bangladesh is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct the Endline Evaluation for the project
“Youth and Women Empowerment through Skill Development and Social Enterprise for Marginalized Communities in Bangladesh.”

Application Requirements and Process

Interested consultants must submit:

  • Capability Statement: Overview of suitability for the assignment, including consultant/team profiles (maximum three pages, excluding CVs).
  • Technical Proposal: Detailed methodology, including evaluation matrix, tools, potential challenges, and mitigation strategies (maximum ten pages, excluding annexes).
  • Timeline and Work Plan: A structured plan outlining key milestones and deliverables.
  • Financial Proposal: Budget breakdown covering personnel costs, daily fee rates, level of effort, and operational expenses, including VAT where applicable (maximum three pages).
  • Proposed Payment Schedule: If different from the standard schedule in Section 7, an alternative must be provided.
  • Past Experience and References: Evidence of similar assignments completed in the last 24 months, with at least two examples of previous work.
  • Referees: Contact details of two independent referees.
