Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries across channels
- Resolve complaints & explain Pureit services
- Process forms, maintain records & ensure customer satisfaction
- Support junior reps and improve service processes
Employment Status: FullTime
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Public Speaking, Communication, Problem Solving, Fluent in English Speaking, Sales target, Customer Service, Speaking Bangla (Fluent)
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication,IT Enabled Service,BPO/ Data Entry Firm,Call Center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Be the friendly voice that builds long-term trust with customers
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure first-call resolution
- Guide customers with expert advice on Pureit products & services

Compensation & Other Benefits

- Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
- Salary from 15000 up to 35,000 BDT/month based on experience
- Incentives: Earn 20,000+ BDT/month
