Job Description

  • All other official works assigned by the management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
  • Accounts, Cash Management
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, email, internet browsing & Tally Software.

Educational Requirements:

  • M.Com (Accounting)

Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of  working experience
  • Bring all the certificates and working experience’s documents during interview

Job Requirements:

  • Capable to manage & maintain whole accounts of the organization independently.
  • Cash management & disburse
  • Prepare & filing of all vouchers i.e Receipts & Payment, Maintain Journal voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party registers related to finance & accounts, Employees Register; Working in all clients organization.
  • Maintain & reconcile of Bank Accounts statements.
  • Periodically Salary Sheet & disbursing monthly salary of employees.
  • Maintain & Checking of Accounts receivable & payable regularly.
  • Ensure timely payment of all Taxes
  • Liaise with auditors on Taxes
  • Maintain cash flow projections & financial forecasting
