Requirements

Education

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 10 to 15 years

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 50 Years.
• Experience in Site civil work. BOQ, Quality control, Project safety.
• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality construction.
• Establish safety practices on site as per company standard.
• Maintain project budget and schedule and adjust as needed.
• Consult with management to establish various strategies and policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Have good project administration skills, expert in identifying local issues, sub-contractors, consultant issues etc.
• Knowledge design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
• Advanced MS office, MS project, Power Point, MS Excel.

Employment Status: Full Time
