Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Take care of student affairs and ensure efficient services to the students and visitors. Maintain a professional and respectable relationship with all.
- Serve all students with a caring and supportive attitude from admission to post graduation. Help them to follow VU's web-based services (course registration, results, etc.).
- Enforce the regulations of the Academic Ordinance and any new regulations of VU.
- Guide all students according to academic ordinance (admission, scholarship, waiver, drop, change, transfer, etc.) and maintain related records.
- Process all kinds of student applications; apply the prescribed forms with the necessary information and verification through Easy Varsity Mate.
- Follow the instructions of the Department Head/Coordinator as well as central administration. Assist the head/coordinator of the department with necessary academic and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate all centrally arranged events and activities and perform related duties.
Job Nature: Full Time
Job Location: Varendra University, Rajshahi.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any subject from any reputed university with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 out of 4.00
- SSC and HSC with minimum GPA 4.50 out of 5.00
Required Experience:
- Experience in the relevant area is preferable.
Additional Requirements:
- Age maximum 32 year(s).
- Able to work under pressure, efficiently and meet deadline.
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
- Capacity to follow oral and written instructions.
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well versed with computer applications.
Salary: As per Varendra University pay structure.
