Job Context:

Area Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fairly Handle, Manage & Monitor inferior officers to achieve the sales target and maintain overall activities.
  • Have to maintain all sales, credit, accounts and operation of a particular area.
  • Collecting competitor's data
  • Source new business opportunities
  • Promote products to agriculturist professionals for creating demand.
  • Prepare sales report
  • Prepare customer database
  • Maintain relationship with existing dealer and retailer with proper support & develop relationship with new clients for expansion the market of the relevant products.
  • Provide technical assistance to Farmers for growing quality production.
  • Building trustworthy & positive relationship with Farmers & customer.
  • Collecting competitor's data
  • Source new business opportunities
  • Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
  • Check and ensure product availability in all depots / dealers.
  • Ability to Team Management, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills.

Employment Status:
Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • BSC Ag /Bachelor degree / Masters in any discipline
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Customer relations
  • Skills Required: Computer Knowledge, Internet Browsing

Experience Requirements

  • Must have 3-to-5-year(s) work experience as area Manager.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Hardworking, Dedicated and Responsible.
  • Should be willing to work under pressure with professional attitude.
  • Must have willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed)
