Job Responsibility:
Prime objective of DMD (Business Development):
To procure fresh business from the Corporate, Multinational Clients as well as S.M.E market against set yearly target.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Masters/MBA (Finance/Accounting/Marketing) from any reputed University with good academic result. Overseas educational qualification would be given priority.
  
• Masters/MBA from DU, IBA will get preferences.

Experience Requirements:
The applicants should have experience in the following areas:

• Fresh Business Acquisition, Corporate, Credit Administration, Credit Risk Analysis, Business/ Product Development, SME, Branch Management, Market Development (Leasing) for any special product. Specialized Leasing Operational (Monitoring/ collection) and must have knowledge about Anti Money Laundering Rules.
  
• The applicants should have minimum 15 years of experience at different levels in Banking/Leasing, Non-Banking Financial Institution or other organizations in the financial sector. Of these 15 years, at least 3 years experience at the top level management including 2 years as DMD or equivalent rank.
  
• Relevant overseas employment experiences will be given priority.

Age: Not over 50 years
