- The post of Executive / Senior Executive - Sales (Land / Flat Sales) is primarily concerned with sales, marketing, branding and sales leadership across the company on all aspects of the products areas of the company. The Senior Executive will be expected to lead the strategic sales plans and be required to ensure that sales and marketing plans and policies and procedures are implemented.
Job Responsibilities
- Design Sales Plan and review it regularly.
- Execute the sales strategy to ensure Organization's Vision.
- Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
- Achieving monthly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
- Develop and manage sales budgets.
- Conduct Sales related campaigns and activation programs.
- Identify potential markets / clients along with new sales opportunity.
- Leading sales team(s) to obtain assigned targets.
- Establish guideline to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience.
- Create and Manage customer database and align with the organizational system.
- Maintain relationship with the customers.
- Monitor existing competitions activities and compete accordingly.
- Regular Report Generation and Presentation.
- Any other task assigned by Management related to the role profile.
Employment Status: Full-time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor / Masters in any discipline, preference will be given to candidates having BBA / MBA in Marketing from a renowned University.
