Job Description / Responsibility
- Sales and Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Present property options to clients that align with their needs and budget. Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with buyers and sellers to close deals. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide insights to clients and the company. Generate reports on sales performance and market opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support. Address client queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- [IBA, Dhaka University, North South University, IUB (Independent University of Bangladesh), BRAC University, East West University, ] students will get preference.
Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Office Management, Corporate Marketing

- 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Salary
- Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits
- T/A, Mobile bill.
