Job Description / Responsibility

  • Sales and Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Present property options to clients that align with their needs and budget. Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with buyers and sellers to close deals. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide insights to clients and the company. Generate reports on sales performance and market opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support. Address client queries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.

Employment Status: FullTime

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • [IBA, Dhaka University, North South University, IUB (Independent University of Bangladesh), BRAC University, East West University, ] students will get preference.

Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Office Management, Corporate Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Development Agency,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company,Real Estate,Developer

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 32 years

Salary

  • Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
