We are looking for some Self Motivated, Dynamic, Energetic and Honest person to operate and manage mobile app-based customer service.



  • Customer Service Agent / Representative

Major Responsibilities:

  • Attend all the orders, accept, process, complete/cancel/return orders.
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain feedbacks regarding services and returned orders.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording inquiries, complaints, comments, and feedbacks as well as actions taken in detail.
  • Proactive regarding push selling ideology.
  • Liaison with Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team to ensure stock of products availability.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
  • Invoice Preparation, Cash and Returned Order/Product Management.
  • Daily Sales Report to the supervisor as per given format.


  • Sound computer knowledge and online apps operation skills.
  • Good communications skills in English.
  • Ability to listen with patience and active problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and handle pressure.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Products will be considered as an additional competency.

Job Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka

Job Nature: Contractual

Office Hour(s):

Morning Shift: 8am to 2pm

Evening Shift: 2pm to 8pm

Educational Requirements: Undergraduate, Postgraduate, or enrolled students
