Position: Corporate Sales - DGM/Manager |
Job Context:
The purpose of the role is to look after upay’s RMG portfolio, build superior business partnership with the owners and managers, ensure optimum level MFS services available from upay through the RMG team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain liaison and build partnerships with RMG companies to integrate mobile financial services within their financial ecosystem
- Build relationships with banking partners to generate payroll leads through upay
- Develop a right fit team structure for upay to boost up transaction volume
- Make a robust and efficient back-end support mechanism to facilitate transaction smoothly
- Gather market feedback continuously to make competitive offers to RMG companies and win business deals for upay
- Maintain effective liaison with field sales team to ensure smoother transaction at around the factories
- Manage cross functional teams –communication, project, technology, customer service etc to ensure smooth service for the partners
Academic & Other Qualification:
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate sales.
- RMG exposure is preferable.
