Position: Manager/Deputy General Manager, Trade Marketing

Job Context:

Developing Trade Marketing strategy, planning and budget management, ensuring POSM availability and visibility, planning and executing focused Trade Engagement, loyalty programs, stakeholders support, and ensuring regional team support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing Trade Marketing Strategy, activity plan and relevant budget management to attain defined business objective.
  • Ensuring POSM availability and visibility at Agent, Merchant and Flagship Channel to ensure a competitive share of visibility.
  • Planning and executing sales strategy focused Trade Engagement.
  • Loyalty programs to gain recommendations from Trade.
  • Ensuring on time right communication reach to the Trade so that it helps to gain direct sales benefit.
  • Responsible for team performance, education and development.
  • Stakeholder Support for all Merchandising items (Ad-Hoc and Regular).
  • Regional team support, need overall business contribution, customer pull and technology smoothness.

Academic & Other Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business from any reputed UGC approved university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales & Distribution and Marketing.
  • Previous MFS or Telecom company experience will add an extra advantage.
