United Trust is the Social Welfare organ of the United Group, a renowned conglomerate of the Country’s Business Sector. Its primary aim is to improve the quality of life across the board with special emphasis on rural society. It’s core working sectors are education, health, Poverty Alleviation, and community service.

“Poverty Alleviation” is its most important and expanding sector which runs an “Interest Free Micro-Credit Scheme” for the rural women, marginal businessman and the farmers which already have about 20,000 beneficiaries under 12 Branches in 5 districts.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

“Interest Free Micro Credit Scheme” is a priority sector of United Trust which already opened 12 Branches in 5 districts. These Branches are under few Area Head Office. We are looking for an experienced and innovative “Area Manager” for Kishoreganj Area who needs to plan, control and supervise 6-8 Branches in that area out of which already 3 Branches are operational. Prospective applicants must be capable of gradually transforming these Branches under his area into ‘Micro Enterprise Development Institutions’. The ideal candidate should have completed his Master’s Degree preferably in Accounting having at least 4-6 years of experience as Branch Manager or Area Manager in a reputed MFi in the related field preferably with a formal diploma in micro finance from a good institution.

Standard remunerations (negotiable) will be offered besides two Festival Bonuses and Contributory Provident Fund facility.
