Security Manager

United Enterprise & Co. Ltd (UECL) is one of the largest business houses in the country, offering a diverse portfolio ranging from power generation, healthcare, real estate, construction, education, manufacturing, retail, etc.  

UECL is expanding its Security team hence; the company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Security Manager for its Admin & Security department.

Job Nature: Full-time

Job Location: Anywhere across Bangladesh

Job/Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Security Management
• Ex DGFI/Defense Intelligence Agency Personnel Preferred
• Strong leadership skills with strong analytical and management skills
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline with adequate knowledge in Security Management.

Major responsibilities:

• To oversee and implement overall Management of all Security Personnel of the Company.
• To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company.
• To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and delicately.
• Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
• Pro-actively ensuring the protection of property and assets.
• Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
• Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
• Preventing and detecting offenses on sites.
• Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter reserved company areas.
• Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
• To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
• Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
• Any other task assigned by the Management time to time
