The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Deputy General Manager for Marketing Department.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate marketing budget in accordance with organizational strategy

Undertake market research studies and analyze the result in order to understand customer mindset to aid top management for comprehensive sales and marketing by implementing road map

Propose strategies to upscale marketing capability by making informed decisions about the best ways to enhance marketing operations.

Understand business and translate stakeholders needs into value proposition for generating brand awareness, brand pull, sales and profit for the company.

Developing and implementing branding strategies, as well as analyzing effectiveness of strategies

Develop, negotiate and complete commercial agreements for the use of infrastructure as

required.

Listening to customer feedback and taking it into account when planning marketing campaigns can help ensure that the company is delivering what customers want.

Plan, execute and optimize of online marketing efforts at all digital channels such as social, paid, search, influencers and other online advertisement.

Oversee all ecommerce platforms and develop contents and consumer promotion to increase online sales.

Supervise, mentor and train marketing team members to increase organization

Commitment to health, environment and safety and industrial best practices.

Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Educational Requirements:
- BBA/ MBA in Marketing or relevant field from renowned University
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience and preferably in FMCG business.
Other Requirements
- Good understanding of market research and data analysis method
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English spoken and written English
Job Location:
- Dhaka
- Job nature requires frequent visits to the project sites
