Education : Bachelor of Architectture / Diploma  in Architect

Experience: B.Arch  (1 to 2  Years)
                    Diploma (3 to 4 Years)

Gender : Male/ Female  (Both )

Age: Maximum 30 Years

Skill- Auto Cad 2d design, 3ds Max, Sketch-up,  Lumion, Photoshop,V Ray/Corona, Still Picture, Rendaring,  Animation,  Landscape.

Job  Responsibilities :

• Prepare Architectural Design and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing 3D Visualization and Presentation, Site Monitor & Supervise.
• Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design (Auto CAD, Sketch-up with Lumion / 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render and Photoshop )
• Sketch design detail, visualization, report writing with neat formatting presentation skills.
• Product research, building regulation requirements, detail Technical Drawings.
• Agendas, run design team/site meetings, write minutes, productive site visits recording quality and progress.
• Managing programmers, critical paths/pinch points/looking ahead and key documentation handover overview.

Salary: Negotiable
