Sr. Executive/Manager, Accounts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts as per applicable financial reporting standards.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, payables, and inter-company balances.
  • Ensure timely data entry in ledger accounts to prepare accurate and timely trial balance
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders, including management and auditors.
  • VAT, AIT, and other tax-related returns in compliance with Bangladesh tax laws.
  • Process and monitor supplier payments in accordance with payment terms.
  • Support statutory and internal audits by providing necessary documents and clarifications.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university
CA (CC) / partly qualified or CMA (intermediate level) will be preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 05-10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Knit    Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
  • Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Good knowledge & skills in computing.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills.

Job Location: Head Office

Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience.
