Customer Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing Technical support/after sales service to Client
  • Obtain various Modifications from Clients, Cost Estimation of modifications, Invoicing & Revenue collection etc.
  • Obtain Finishing Materials Selection from Clients.
  • Handling Customer complaints
  • Maintaining & Developing relationship with our existing customer
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and professional service is provided to all customers as quickly as possible, with maximum client satisfaction
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and personable manner

Employment Status : Full-time

Educational Requirements : Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidate who has experience in real state/ Developer Company will be given preference.
  • Sound Knowledge in Structural & Finishing work as well.
  • Sound knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Excel, & MS Word, Internet browsing, etc.
  • Strong communication skill with positive mind-set, adaptability & flexibility.
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
