Qualification & Experience Required

The candidate must have First Class M.B.A. with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 from a recognized university/institution plus 3 years of teaching experience or 5 years of professional experience or a combination of both with at least 1 year of teaching experience.

Or

The candidate must have a First Class M.B.A. with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and a Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution.

The Selection Board may recommend for additional increment(s) considering number of publications and research of the candidate.

The candidate must have at least 1 publication in peer review journal.
