Job Overview:

Trainee Engineer will be responsible for learning floor planning, and architecture definition, and designing Mixed Signal layouts. He / She will assist the team during the project work if needed under the supervision of the Engineer/Senior Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Use industry-grade IC Design and Verification software and flow.
2. Layouts for analog and mixed-signal blocks using the latest technology nodes.
3. Floor planning, architecture definition, and physical layout implementation against the schematic design of standard cells.
4. Work on layout verification parts like LVS, DRC, and others.
5. Learn the latest technology and protocols that are relevant to the projects.
6. Follow the instructions given by the supervisor.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EEE/CSE/Physics from a recognized and esteemed university.
2. Completion of a VLSI course is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Electronics, VLSI, Solid State Device physics, and FinFET is desirable.
4. Familiarity with Analog and Digital Circuit Design analysis is advantageous.
5. Experience with the Cadence tool would be an added asset.
6. Knowledge of Verilog, VHDL, and FPGA would be considered beneficial.

2. Proven track record on teamwork capability.
3. Standard communication skill is a must (Writing & Speaking).
4. Capable to work under stress and into multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Must have the mentality to work with teams from different locations and time zones.
