Role Purpose
- Own the student recruitment funnel. You will engage prospective students by phone and digital channels, deliver persuasive consultations in excellent, handle objections, and guide applicants to enrollment at UKMC.
Work Conditions
- Office-based in Green Rd, Dhaka, Bangladesh, full-time (40 hours/week)
- Primary schedule aligned to UK working hours (9am -5pm); flexibility required
- All tools, CRM access, and training provided
Key Responsibilities
- Convert allocated leads into enrolments via calls/video calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS follow-ups.
- Deliver clear consultations on UKMC programmes, eligibility, admissions steps, fees/finance options, and timelines.
- Hit daily/weekly KPIs (call volumes, contact rate, application starts, interviews passed, enrolments).
- Manage a fast-moving pipeline in the CRM; log all interactions and outcomes accurately.
- Proactively revive dormant leads, reduce drop-off, and recover cancellations/no-shows.
- Share objections/market feedback to improve scripts and offers.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Admissions for seamless lead-to-enrolment handover.
- Comply with data protection, ethical recruitment, and UKMC policies.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Call/connection targets & average talk time
- Show-up rate for interviews/PFF
- Enrolment conversion rate & revenue per agent
- CRM hygiene and SLA adherence

Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)

- Training Institutes,Consulting Firms,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Immigration/Visa Processing
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- IELTS/Equivalent 7 Band English Proficiency.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Fluent English with outstanding spoken communication and clear accent neutrality.
- IELTS minimum Band 7 (or equivalent).
- 3+ years’ experience in sales and/or call centre roles (target-driven).
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding strict KPIs and conversion targets.
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Solid CRM discipline; proficient with phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Availability to work British time zone; flexibility for schedule changes.
- Professionalism, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in education recruitment or international student advisory.
- Familiarity with UK higher education admissions.
- Multichannel sales experience (inbound/outbound, retargeting).
Salary
- Tk. 50000 - 100000 (Monthly)

- You will be eligible to claim performance bonus for per successfull conversion in addition to the basic salary.
