To further enhance its internal audit function, the Bank is looking for young, energetic, and committed professionals for the position of Audit Officer – Risk Based Internal Audit.

Position: Audit Officer (OFFICER to SEO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting risk-based internal audits in line with the Bank's audit plans and regulatory guidelines
  
• Assess internal control systems, risk exposure, and compliance with Bangladesh Bank and regulatory guidelines
  
• Identifying control weaknesses and recommending appropriate corrective actions
  
• Preparing comprehensive audit reports and presenting findings to management
  
• Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations
  
• Collaborating with business units to ensure a robust internal control environment
  
• Support the Audit Division in developing audit plans, methodologies, and risk assessment frameworks
  
• Supporting special audit assignments and investigations as required

Educational Requirements:

• Master’s / 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or other relevant qualifications (completed or in progress) will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant areas such as Risk Management, Operations, Compliance, or other related business functions.

Additional Requirements:

• Sound understanding of internal controls, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for branch and field audits.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
  
• Age must not exceed 40 years as of September 10, 2025
