Job requirements:

• Achievement of business target of SME Liability, as decided by management time to time 
• Ensuring and increasing fund utilization and transaction management of SME portfolio
• Achieving team target of Deposit Mobilization and Cash Management
• Visiting new and existing borrower/ customers
• Minimum 10 years of service length having exposure in deposit mobilization

Relationship Officer-SME Liability Unit
Job requirements:

• Achievement of individual business target of SME Liability, Deposit Mobilization and Cash Management as decided by management time to time
• Increasing fund utilization of existing customers and transaction management
• Visiting new business area and surveying market for sustainable portfolio growth
• Minimum 03 years of service length having exposure in deposit mobilization
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills

Area Manager- Agri Business Unit
Job Requirements:

• Achievement of business target of loan Disbursement and Collection
• Arrangement of weekly meeting in different areas with different branch officials
• Maintaining continuous relationship with different aggrotech companies and sourcing real farmers
• Achieving team target of loan Disbursement & Collection; and Deposit Mobilization
• Negotiation with CRM, Query and Deferral monitoring
• Post Visit of existing borrowers
• Minimum 05 years of service length having exposure in Agri business
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills

Relationship Officer- Agri Business Unit
Job requirements:

• Achievement of individual business target of loan Disbursement and Collection
• Pre visit, verify, analysis and recommend prospective borrowers before submitting loan proposals
• Negotiation with CRM
• Post Visit of existing borrowers
• Minimum 03 years of service length having exposure in Agri business
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills

Agri Credit Analyst
Job requirements:

• Well conversant with banking rules, policies and guidelines especially policies and guidelines related to Agricultural and Rural Credit.
• Willingness to visit anywhere in Bangladesh frequently.
• Minimum 03 years of service length having experience as credit analyst
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills
