Job Description / Responsibility:

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beauty Salon/Spa, Hotel, Airline, Face to Face Customer Support
Basic knowledge of making short social media video & editing skill
Fluent in English
Good verbal and written communication
Work time 8 hour
Experience in beauty salon & aesthetic clinic will be given preference
Attending client's needs, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulation
Monitor salon staff’s activities like uniform, makeup, personal hygiene & monitor daily accounting works and all accounting functions
Get creative about Increasing sales in salon
Operating knowledge of ECR Machine & POS Machine
Possess an excellent work ethic
Employees are required to wear uniforms
Be well presented and enjoy interacting with people
Required to wear eyelash extensions, nails extensions, makeup & well dressed
Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
Be able to work on their own as well as part of a team
Offer clients a high level of service while embracing the Company's brand standards
Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team

Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Masters in any discipline from a well reputed institute.
